“My interracial family of three stayed here for one night following a long day of travel, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted with silence by the front desk agent, Laura. Her unprofessional attitude and the unusually long check-in process made us feel incredibly unwelcome and uncomfortable. “The room was not terribly clean. Walking on the floor with White socks, bottom were soiled. Multiply flys in the room, fighting them throughout our 3 day stay. The pullout couch in the living room so small it seemed like it was for Children, very uncomfortable to sit there and watch television.”

“Overall better than my last visit to a Quality Inn, room clean, the man when I checked in wasn’t fluent in English and seemed like he was annoyed. Later when I returned from where I visited, the older Indian couple were very friendly and asked if everything was good. The pool and the outside of building was pretty run down looking, but I don’t normally use the pool anyway. Parking lot had a lot of potholes but the actual room was above what I was hoping for and ac worked bed comfortable and……
